Evil pmt!

Omg has anyone else found that since giving birth their PMT has got worse?

Im never nasty, I never shout, I never really show my emotions yet 10 days before my period is due i turn into some sort of evil bitch and the smallest thing pees me off, makes me cry, makes me storm off into another room just for some space.

I know it will take a while for Hormones to settle down and get back to normal but im considering getting OH to move in with his parents one week every month for his own safety lol

I find that taking an oil of evening primrose supplement helps x

pmt is miles worse yes!! glad im not alone.
period pains are practically non existent now though, i had the worse cramps ever since my teens.
i'm probably going to take evening primrose oil again.

oh yes i was ok before i had zane now i fly right off the handle lol
the pill i went on after having zane also made me worse so a change of pill has helped

Yes totally! Its like a lightbulb has just gone on in my head, that does explain my completely irrational behaviour of late. About 2 weeks before I've come on I am so moody and stroppy, I've tried throwing hubby out and all sorts. I couldnt understand my blind fury and rage, but it all makes sense now! Thank you. Maybe I'll try that EPO and see if that helps me x

Yes, totally! I used to get bad cramps but practically no PMT but now the PMT is horrendous and the cramps are still bad!

I have never felt as bad as I do now just before a period - I'm not a moody person in the slightest but I would not want to cross me when I have PMT now!! I feel like I can hardly bear to be around anyone and I've got the lowest tolerance level ever!
