This is a weird question, but where do you stand on exercise in the first trimester? My doctor said it was great and I exercised quite a bit with my m/c. Many of my "preventing miscarriage" books mentioned that some doctors say not to exercise much in the 1st tri. I later found out it was due to Trisomy21, so it wouldn't have made a difference either way. But now I am newly pregnant and really scared.... I gained weight with both of my pregnancies that stuck around. I want this to be a healthier pregnancy for baby and me (particularly baby). Is it good to keep my body healthy or should I take it easy and rest until we are "in the clear"?
Any advice?
