Exercise in the tww? Is this ok? Help!

My personal trainer is on me about canceling again, I've only just started back at the gym and I'm a bit hesitant to do anything that hardcore in my tww that it could hinder my chances? He has me doing sit ups and lots of abdominal exercise I'm just not sure....could it hurt an implanting bean???

I know they say in pregnancy it's safe to continue the level which your use to but I'm definitely not use to any exercise !
 
I'd recommend not to do any hardcore exercises as they might mess up your cycles esp when its not part of your routine. Just stick to light ones.
The rule is the same for ttcers. Just do those exercises that are part of your daily ritual and don't push your body too much. Just Eat healthy n stay active.
