I gave birth 6 days ago. I know it's too soon to expect to be healed, but my god does my low back and pelvis hurt when I sleep and get in/out of bed. Sometimes also if I'm sitting too long and then get up it really hurts a lot. The MW told me it's normal because of late pregnancy and labor + tailbone/low back strains and moving around... so how long should I expect this to last?! It hurts every. single. time. I get out of bed. I push myself on my side out of bed but that doesn't make a difference most the time. I still feel like I'm 85 and have arthritis! Are there any exercises or other things I can do besides just popping ibprofen (which I haven't done yet but am considering)? I am putting a heating pad on it when falling asleep, but that only helps so much!
