Expressed milk question

I only seem to be able to express 2 oz at a time, without my hand dropping off from pumping and this isn't enough for LO, so can I combine milk in one bottle that has been expressed at different times?

Yes...you just need to chill the newest stash to the same temp as the older stash before mixing.

I was the same, using a hospital hired pump did so much more much quicker tho xx
