Expressing - what is your milk like?

To those who express, when your milk seperates, what percentage is creamy?

Is it always the same, or does it change?

Also, do you exclusively express, or just express occasionally?

You milk and mine will be totally different. There will be less fat/cream on yours than mine - it changes as the baby grows. There's something crazy like 25% less fat in your milk at 2 weeks versus 6 weeks (dont quote me I'm just trying to give you an idea! )

Mine looked like skimmed at first and it's much thicker these days. I only express occasionally.
