Hi, so I seem to be having a 8 day luteal phase after having my implant taken out. This isn’t really long enough I have read to conceive. Does anyone know any natural ways to increase this?

I read about the vitamin c. I have b12 injections and will take the vitamin c and b6 tablets this week.

No having a right nightmare. Had a slight positive cd 12 which was early but no temp up or anything. I am now cd 18 and had 4 days of positive opk, one blazing one yesterday. Hoping af doesn’t come for a bit. Gonna do another OPK tomorrow. They are still positive tonight.

I can't remember exactly, but it was only a few months as I had stopped taking it by the time I fell pregnant, and I fell pregnant 6 months after starting it.

Thank you that’s very reassuring. I am taking other things to help as well. Vit c, vit d, vit b6, folic acid and Maca root.

I used to take a B complex that had b6 and b12 in it (along with some other things) and I actually stopped because it took my luteal phase from 13 days to 16. It only took one or two cycles to extend it that much. Definitely try the b complex
