I am currently expressing for my baby and my breast are so heavy it causes me to feel very tight chested. Anyone else had this? Is it because im not emptying my breats enough?
Maybe you're not getting it all out? But its prob just cos its all new, takes ages for your milk to sort its self out. I was soo sore and heavy for the first few weeks and my HV said to put cabbage leaves on me or hot flannal.
