Yes I have had it before, nothing due to pregnancy but it feels like a trapped nerve and almost like something jumping ?

I have had it a few times in the past,I think its a trapped nerve or something?

It's to do with low blood sugar. I have had it off and on for years (not in pg) and is mostly there if I haven't eaten for a while. Similarly tingly lips are associated with low blood sugar. It should stop once you've had food

I have had it too over the last couple of weeks, usually when I am tired

Hi, sometimes it can help if you eat a banana - strange I know, but apparently the potassium in the banana can help. I never works for me, but others I know swear by it! Random!

It actually can be something to do with pregnancy...
Though it sounds mad if the baby is lying in a certain postition, against a nerve or something..it can actually make your eye twitch.
Ive had a twitch in my left eye at the bottom every single day since i was about 16weeks pregnant...im now nearly 28 & its still there!
I hope it will stop soon as its actually really annoying...Lol.
    xxx
