i posted on sat about that super worrying bill for thou and odd £... well today mr.man phoned management/maintenance company up and they said not to worry it's not our bill we aren't the lessee thelandlord is!!! yaaaay! that means we don't owe thousand and odd £! it is such such such a relief!!! they told us just to forward the letter on with past landlord (who failed to pay his mortgage) and current landlords details on! xXx
