Faint line but spotting red so I'm thinking another loss:(

This will be my 8th loss since 2012, I lost my lo 5 weeks ago at 12 weeks and had a 6 week loss right before that. After an emergency d and c nearly 5 weeks ago due to hemhorraging I started spotting last Thursday so I thought af would be here anytime. Tests were stark white. Still nothing last night other than spotting picking up and turning red so I did a test (asda cheap strips which are v reliable) and got a definite line although faint, these tests aren't v sensitive. 25 I think. But as my spotting has turned red I'm assuming cp. I'm waiting for an appointment with the rmc. I'll test again tomorrow but I'm sure it won't be any darker xxx

Hi love, thank you, no not heavy atm just when I wipe but I think it's another loss as spotting has slowly turned bright red plus no symptoms. So frustrating xx

Sorry for your previous losses. Have you any other brand of test?

If your loss was just 5 weeks ago this could be left over hcg. I had a level of 9 after my last d/c 8 weeks later. It's unlikely to be a new pregnancy esp since you had a d/c. Your spotting is probably your first aF attempting to come back which it can take a while. I'm sorry for your losses. Did you use this same exact test before?

Thanks for answering, I've been using this test only since last year it's very reliable. My tests went slowly stark white after my last loss over 3 weeks, the last 3 I did were no line at all so this must be a new pregnancy xx

Thanks ladies I haven't any other tests but I have been using Freedom tests since last year and have not found them to be wrong yet but I guess there's always a first time, will test again later xxx

4 hour hold and today's test was barely there so I think a cp and just waiting on af. I hope I catch a good egg again someday xxx
