Faint line?

Hey ladies,
So Monday I had some spotting, literally lightest I've ever seen! Its lasted about an hour. I also fell asleep at work yesterday which is not like me at all. Can anyone see anything on the test. I feel like I can see a faint line but I don't know anymore?
