1 fl oz fresh orange juice (not with bits in and not from concentrate) to 1 oz of cooled boiled water.

Aeryn's been getting slowly more constipated to the point where she didn't poo for 6 days. Health visitor said try this once a day for 3 days but just the one dose worked an absolute treat. It cleared her out without giving her bad runs.

She's a lot lighter to pick up now lol :happydance:

    Ohhhhhhhh excellent!!! :headspin:

Horrible when they get constipated innit? I knew about the orange when Alfie needed it, but I got the measurements wrong, I did 1oz of orange to 3 or 4oz's of water :dohh: no wonder it didn't seem to be great

organix used to do prune porridge in a jar, which used to work a treat for Gabriel, couldn't use orange as it made his chronic eczema even worse
