Hello! I know you have made Nigella's brined turkey before, it's currently in the bucket but I'm wondering if I need to also put butter under the skin when I cook it tomorrow or will it be moist enough as it is?

I'm not, hun. She makes a baste with maple syrup and butter and just before you put it in the oven you mix the butter and syrup together and pour it over and it gives you liquid to baste too
How did the turkey turn out whiby?? The recipe looks delicious (I remember the episode where she made it - almost gagged at the thought of her gingerbread, apple & onion stuffing though...)
