AF arrived today, so that's 8 cycles of clomid and no BFP :growlmad: although I seem to have ov'd on 7 of them at 100mg.
I just don't understand why it's not working. We've temped, taken cough medicine, bd at the right time etc etc.... Just to rub it in, fourth friend in three weeks just had a baby (Mothercare must love me buying gifts!) and another 2 announced BFPs. I dont begrudge them this at all obviously, but I cannot understand why not us.

I have one cycle of clomid left to take, before moving on to IUI/IVF at the ACU, so any advice welcome for giving it a final push. Am thinking evening primrose oil?

I don't have any glowing advice to give you because clomid isn't working for me. Just wanted to give you a :hugs::hugs:!!!! Maybe this will be your cycle!!!

Well on second thought....I do have a DS and the month I conceived him we dtd from behind and I didn't get up afterwards.

I'm only second clomid round and can imagine how you feel all I can suggest is soft cups and preseed?

I did 7 months of clomid that got me nowhere as well! It wasn't until I had laparoscopy surgery did they discover I had adhesions on my ovaries, which meant they were both stuck and couldn't release the eggs. So clomid would have never worked! Are they going to pair your IUI's with clomid as well?

Hi, no advice as such, I am about to start 4th round tonight and see fs this afternoon. It is so frustrating and I understand how you feel. Chin up honey, we will get there xx

I tried for 2 and half years to fall pregnant with my first son, i have pcos and hypothyroidism. I had 9 cycles of clomid and no bfp. After 9 cycles we decided to stop 'trying' for a while and booked a holiday to mexico, we had an appt booked to see fertility specialist so we thought we would just take a break. However a month llater only a few days after seeing fs i found out i was pregnant. It was a major shock as we had only had sex once that month! Im sure that it was the fact that we were both more relaxed and had taken the pressure off each other that helped. Take care and good luckxx

Thanks everyone. I think we'll just take it easy this month. To be honest, I've been trying to be relaxed for the last 2 years, but even I am starting to get stressed out!
I don't think IUI here is paired with clomid - it's with something injectable at our hospital but I'm not sure what.
Fingers crossed for everyone....
