since ive been pregnant all i seem to do is eat, seems im constantly hungry and grazing on all the wrong things, toast, crisps (coz im loving salty), cakes, chocy. Also, im not saying no to all stuff on offer which i would of before as i was one of those constantly on a diet. So when people bring goodies into work, im on them.
Anyway, all this eating junk is leaving me feeling pretty rubbish, low energy, breathless, bloated, heady etc..but then again these might be pregnancy symptoms too. Anyone else been munching all the wrong things. I am planning to get a healthy shop in this week and make more time to prepare lunches for work. Besides i have already put on a ton of weight. Bout 10-11 lbs i recon, and i want to harm min in the second tri.xx
