Feel so guilty. I've had to phone in work sick AGAIN!

I've been bad for the last few weeks with being sick and just feeling like crap all day. I've already taken 2 days off sick but I've had to call in again today and I just can't function.. But I feel so guilty and like they are gonna be pissed off with me.
I've got a doctors appointment at 11.30 for this and because my heart has been racing really fast since last night so I'm a bit worried.

I feel the same hun. I'm off sick too and I know work are really pissed off with me right now.
I just can't function though so I know there's no point in me even going in. I'd only have to come home

I'm hoping second tri brings some relief

Try not to worry about it, you health and babies comes first no matter what. Work will go on without you

Luckily I have only missed a few mornings due to emergency bloods and scans and work was fantastic (Lucky I know, some can be really arsey).
