Feel terrible :(

During the day I put LO on the sofa for his naps and he's never been able to roll off cos the sofa tilts slightly backwards. Today I put him there and turned round for a second then saw him roll from his back to front and straight onto the floor! It's not a huge drop and we have carpet so slightly cushioned, he cried a bit but I think only cos I screamed otherwise he was ok and then laughing. I took him to docs to he checked just in case. He's fine but I feel like a terrible mum

Try not to beat yourself up hun... rolling can happen SO quickly! One minute they can't the next they can! Your LO is just fine and probably hurt you worse than him.

Least you know now... and can adjust his sleeping spot accordingly. Babies are very resilient... I swear my friends 20mos old can take a lickin and keep on ticking! She has literally fallen out of her crib, while trying to crawl out-- and bashed her head and she jut get's up and fluffs it off! Her mom was more freaked out than she was and lowered the crib so she could get out without falling. But her daughter was just fine.
