I've been feeling more crafty since I found out I'm pregnant. :) I have crocheted my baby girl a hat, a blanket and a wash cloth. I've also created wooden letters to hang in her room (see below). I'm really excited about these, as I am not usually a very creative person. I stole the idea from www.babymakingmachine.com. Our nursury room colors are purple and yellow and we're doing a butterfly theme.

I'll have to add the pics of the crocheted stuff later, I don't have those pics with me currently.

I thought it would be nice if we had a thread to share stuff we've made for our babies. :)

I'm glad you started this thread, I can't wait to see what everyone has made. The letters you did they turned out really cute. I haven't made anything yet, but I find out the gender next week and already have about a hundred projects I want to start. Good luck with all of your crafting!

I've made a little taggy blanket and I'm now starting a hanging of soft birds and hearts to go in the nursery in green to match the colour scheme. Dont have pictures as I'm on my phone. But will share when I can.
I'm learning to crochet but not sure I will get anything decent made in time for baby lol

I love getting crafty!

I have made several pairs of booties, a headband with a flower, working on a blanket and want to make this mobile https://www.marthastewart.com/269785/bird-mobile

Aw that mobile is adorable! You'll have to post a picture when you've done it. :)

I took a knitting class a few weeks ago and learned how to knit! I haven't finished anything but I've been practicing here and there, when I have patience.

Here's a picture of a project I have in progress - I painted these butterflies. I am going to paint the other side of them in different colors. Then I'm hanging them in a thin frame. I'm going to spray paint the frame with magnetic paint and then white over that, so we can stick stuff to the frame. I'll add little jewels to the frame and maybe paint some designs on it too. The butterflies will hang from clear string in the middle of the frame.

Our colors are purple and yellow too! But I've yet to find anything yellow that I want so it's just purple and a neutral right now :). Lovely choice though :)

Going to make a banner for Georgia like this one:

There you go! It's super easy too! I did it all in just a few hours.

Please make sure you post pics once you've made it. I'd love to see how it turns out for you. :)

@MustBeMommy - How big is that blanket? It's so cute! I imagine baby will love playing with those little tags. I've never seen anything like that. I love how you used different patterns on each tag.

Banner is super cute! Have you decided what designs (if any) you're going to do on the side flags?

I think some sparrows. I'm going to look at stencils since I'll need them for it to turn out any good!!

Crocheted hat that I made, and a crocheted unicorn (complete with a little bell inside!) that a friend of mine made for baby. :)

I've been feeling crafy, although I love making things I just never get round to it!
I'm hoping to make some bumpsters once we have our cot, not sure what else really!

I made these after my first loss and promised myself I'd use one of them one day. I finally get my wish :happydance:
