Feeling a little down :(

Have been to gp at last yesterday and as expected she only referred me on to a mw and said I will not be seen by gp as I am low risk. I told her I lost a twin in my first pregnancy and had Spd for lthe latter part of my pregnancy. She said no high blood pressure or anything of the sort means u r low risk.

So I was alone at GP as DH was gonna come but had a meeting and could not make it even tho he know I am terrified or very shy of going to doctors.

We agreed I will have a private early scan as now its clear my care will be similar to what i had seven years ago. Had taken 2 months for docs to diagnose SPD MW had never referred me (she forgot) and I had to go in a and e and seen by a doc who said must be spd.

Basically took us 7 years to come round to the idea of having a baby as my pregnancy was awful.

Im rambling...

Anyways I am trying to book in a scan and each date and time i am giving DH he said he cannot! Im thinking I might go alone, but its not ideal.

Im sorry Im a baby today must be hormones!

your Dh should just call in sick for the day thats what OH is going to do for mine its only 3 days out of the year that they need to do it

Ahhh thanks, but I know he will not do that. I replied to him in an email telling him never mind then.... he never wrote back! I tot he wanted this baby as much as I did.... perhaps Im wrong!

awww, i'm sure he's pleased you're having a baby but men just don't get how important these things are sometimes.
Mine has been grumpy with me for wanting to go to bed early, he just doesn't get how tired I am!
