feeling blah

So thismorning i have a headache, heartburn, backache, i feel like my belly is full, slight twinges in unterus, I feel like I have been riding in a car for 10 hours looking out the window *motionsick* I am achy all over and I have breakouts all over my face... I took an IC this morning and it was a im still holding hope its to early but AF is supposed to show thursday.... Any advice?
