feeling damage down there!

After hemorrhoids and second degree tear and not nice stitched up, I feel not so pretty any more . I also wonder how sex will be again. And all the sudden I got heaps of sits in my face and on my chest. So not feeling pretty anymore, anyone else feel the same? I spoke to my man and he said I love you as you are and don't worry about down there, I don't care. But I still don't feel it. Hugs
