I know the feeling, was already feeling like that a few weeks ago so moved to little and often in the food department. Now even the little makes me feel like I've eaten a 7 course meal . I have found that taking a little break mid meal and walking around to let everyting move around often helps.
I feel like this right now lol. All I have eaten is soup, a tiny role and jelly and I feel like I am going to burst lol. Its the only time when my belly looks massive. My chest feels quite tight as well like its hard to breath lol x
