Does anyone else feel really drained, shakey and faint when they havent eaten for a few hours? I seem to need to eat so much and cant go for long without feeling icky and very weak.
I totally did until I stopped trying to eat like I had been before I got pregnant, and decided to eat what my body told me it wanted, when it wanted (which for me is carbs carbs carbs all the time!). I make sure to eat something every 2 hours or so and I feel much better now. I just eat small amounts. No weight gain all month for me!
I would get that way even before my pregnancy but now has really picked up. Even after I eat something I can feel that way. I found that if I continuously much on things like crackers or fruit or yogurt along with drinking tons of water it has help really reduce this feeling.
