Feeling low :(

Hi everyone

Split with husband yesterday after nearly 8yrs marriage and 2 kids. He overdosed lastnight but was a cry for help. He ok and staying with his mum.
Anyway today i found out im pregnant i feel so lost

Oh dear, that's not an easy situation! I'm sorry your marriage didn't work out but it sounds like it's for the best for you and your kids. Do you have support? Maybe a family member or friend could stay with you for a few days and help with the kids, so you've got time to digest it all?

I'm so sorry you're in such a stressful situation. If he's struggling I'd probably wait a while to tell him about the pregnancy as it may just rub salt in his wounds. Try to keep things civil but without giving false hope, and look after yourself and the children. Good luck to you all, and congratulations on your pregnancy xxxxxxx

I would also wait a little while to tell him, and make sure that you have support and people around you.
