Feeling pathetic!

I keep bursting into tears all of the time. I have no control over it and just feel ridiculous. Anyone else experiencing this?

Yes! This started happening today - cried because I didnt hear what my OH said across the room!! What is that about! And cried at Wife Swap...I know its bad when that happens!
