feeling pressure in pelvis and bum...why?

Hi everyone,

From time to time I get an intense feeling of pressure that I also feel in my bum. It lasts a couple of minutes maximum and then goes away. It happens even when lying down. Anyone know what this is? Is it the baby pushing?

i get this too.. its them shuffling about getting comfy ( bare in mind they dont have much room in there! ) its like if we were in a small space we would be muffled and try and push through people or something... if that makes sense? putting pressure on the other person to push through... weird way of trying to explain it but yes just pressure xxx

Baby moving and if baby's head is down it puts pressure on you. I have it too, and have had it since 26 weeks.

i sometimes get this and it makes me feel as if i need a poo but if i wait a few mins it goes away,its all perfectly normal.xxx
