Feeling sick during stims

Im on day 6 of stimming for my first ivf. For the past few days I've been feeling nauseous on and off, and have had some diarrhea.
I'm taking metformin, menopur, gonal f, orgalutran and estrace.
Is this normal? The diarrhea could be the metformin, it's always been tough on my stomach. But after I eat meals I just feel so crappy.

Pretty normal unfortunately, the goldenrule, drink as much water as possible.

hi, I just wanted to add how reaction and side effects are so unique to everyone of us. I was without basically any symptoms whatsoever on injectables gonal f, luveris and orgalutran, except some ovarian cramping towards the end of the stimms... Now I'm doing only a mini ivf with just a mild stimulation by tamoxifen, and feel horrible. I never felt this bad. Best of luck to all ttc ladies.
