Feeling sorry for myself :( Agnus Castus question...

Had a really stressful week at work. Boss making massively unreasonable demands and other pressures. On top of that af got me last thursday (after I had had some light second pink lines, which could have been evaps) since then I have had really heavy bleeding (still to this day) and lots of clots which never usually happens. My hormones are kicking my butt, making me emotional and mardy. I've been taking Agnus Castus for the last few days, hoping that will help.

You ladies who have been taking AC, how long did it take to kick in? Do you think it will help my mood, heavy cycle and clotting?
