Fellow charters...how many days before AF shows does your temp drop?

Morning everyone!

This is my first month of charting so I have nothing to compare to. I have very regular 28-30 day cycles.

My temp took a bit of a dive this morning and I'm just wondering how many days before AF shows does your temp drop?

Mine dropped a little the day before, I had spotting, then a huge drop to pre ov temps the next day and AF came the same day.

It varies a little for me. Sometimes it doesn't drop until the day of af, but usually one or two days before af.

Fingers crossed my temp goes back up again tomorrow as I think its a bit too early for AF for me yet if temps normally drop 1-2days before for most people.

I know you can get implantation dips but I'm trying not to get my hopes up and telling myself this is my first month temping so this could be my 'normal' temp pattern for all I know!
