Femara/Letrozole - Quick Poll - What was your Dose, How many Follicles

I am asking my RE for an increase to my Femara tomorrow. I am only capable of getting pregnant like 1 in 4 cycles because my stupid right ovary is dominant and my right tube is missing. Go go cycle 27, femara cycle 5.

I am on 5mg Femara cd 3-7 and I had ONE follicle on the right last Ultrasound.

How much did you take and how many follicles did you have on each ovary?

I was on 2.5mg of Femara but it was unmonitored cycles so I can't say for sure how many follicles I had.

I did want to comment though about only having so many chances because of one tube. Your remaining tube can still pick up the egg from the other side. It doesn't always, but it can. I have a few friends who have gotten pregnant from the ovary with the missing tube because it made it to the other tube.
