Femme Tens - instructions & batteries?

Help! I've been lent one of these by a friend but have no instruction book. I don't need it yet, but any day now I will

I might just have baby brain, but I can't see where the battery compartment is - can anyone give me a hint?!

Also, if anyone can give me a very quick idea as to how to use (ie, how to set them to start with and when to change them) that would be amazing!
