fenugreek?

I talked to the lactation specialist today and she told me to take fenugreek to increase milk production. Have any of you guys used it?

I love Fenugreek!! I take 6 capsules a day (bought it from H&B) and it works wonders for my supply.

I'm taking it (9 tabs a day), but I can't tell too much difference. It works well for lots of people so it's definitely worth a shot.

Yes, I've been taking 6 x 610mg H&B capsules daily for the past week and I can honestly say that I could now happily feed the infant population of this area and still have some left over!

Keep drinking lots of water too as it helps supply.

Yeh it worked for me I stopped BF for a few days then went back to it (missed it too much) I used them for a few weeks to get my supply back up and they definately worked, made me stink of curry though!!!

Hope you don't mind me jumping onto this thread... I've just started to take fenugreek that I bought from Holland and Barrett..... it says take two daily but from the looks of you girls you've taken a lot more!
How many should I/Can I be taking?

Hi sorry to jump in but have any of you found that baby gets more wind when taking this? I bought some but i'm afraid to take them as evie suffersv with bad wind as it is, thanks x
