We went for a fetal assessment today to confirm that my placenta has moved up...and it has! :happydance::happydance: So vaginal delivery for me!!
We also wanted to confirm the sex as we were on team yellow, then found out by accident and wanted to confirm and see the goods in the scan. First thing she said to me was 'oh yes, that's definitely a boy'. lol. Wow, you can see quite the little penis, even little baby balls! lol. My boy even has hair!
Anyway they said they can give me an approx. weight. She said they're not very good at determining, it's just a guess etc...but she thought 4lbs...give or take a pound!! HOLY CRAP!! That's going to be a HUGE baby isn't it?? My son was 6lbs 1oz at 41 weeks, so can I really end up having a 9lb baby for # 2? EEK. I'm scared! lol.

Aww so deffo a little boy! Yay!

When I was pregnant with Sophie she was estimated at 5lbs 6 at 32 weeks! She was born at 8lbs 13.5ozs

I think Leo was estimated at 5lbs 2 at 32 weeks and midwife reckons he will be a 9lber!!

Glad all went great at your scan hun... and congrats on team Blue!!! hehe.

Just know they can be off on the weight a bit... I was just told yesterday baby weighs 4.6lbs... so in the 25 percentile. BUT- I've had a couple friends that were told lower weights than baby ended up being... and I know others were told a bit higher... so really, you just don't know for sure till they arrive ;)

Either way- good baby is healthy and hey, who doesn't love a pudgy baby? hehe. I was almost 9lbs when I was born!!!!

At least I figure he might be better with feeding than Luka. He was so tiny and just WOULDN"T LATCH! And I do not want to pump again for this one, so am praying we have less troubles with BF'ing, so hoping the extra weight will help!

So glad you had a good scan - yay for a well-behaved placenta :)

I don't mind a pudgy baby, I'm just scared of a pudgy baby coming out of my VJJ. lol. I didn't mind delivering a 6lb baby, but would be a bit terrified delivering a 9lb'er!
