Fetal Movement.

I'm going to be 27 weeks tomorrow. My baby girl is usually quite active but the last 2 days she hasn't moved as much. I can feel her some but just not as much. Should I be real worried?

I wouldn't be too worried. Sometimes babies just have off days. I usually nudge my LO around to get him moving when I'm worried. During the past few days, he has been less active, but not completely still. I had to nudge him about 15 minutes ago and now he's hustlin n bustlin hehe. I wouldn't be too worried. I know around that time, he was awake when I was going to sleep or sleeping, and as time went on, he was more active during the day, so I wouldn't fret too much. If it becomes a major concern just phone the doctor.

Thank you very much! I called my doctor today and she told me to drink somethng cold to get her moving. She's moved today just not so much and I get worried about her.

I had the same around 27 weeks, apparently they go through a growth spurt, byt the time you hit 30 weeks she will let you know she is there dw xo

As long as you do still feel her each day i wouldnt panic too much at this stage.

Also u may find if she is really active one day she may be quieter the next.

If you are really concerned tho just speak to your midwife, thats what they are there for.

Yes, I feel her every day. A few days ago she was VERY active that's why I got concerned since she hasn't moved like that the past two days. I suspose she is resting for some more days like that. I call my doctor about everything, I am such a worrier.

Im only just getting that now at 32 weeks.....and found out today she is head down so thats explains it

Ohh, I still have another good month until I feel that then. I have an ultrasound at 30 weeks, I'm pretty excited about it. I don't know anyone else that had an ultrasound that far into the pregnancy.

my lo tends to be the same quiet some days then busy the next, i was getting worried too but all was normall,

oh my lo loves kicking my ribs lol.

Aww, I love getting ultrasouds.

I'm glad that its normal for them to be quiet some days. I guess I was just so use to her kicking a ton for those few days.

i've just had 2 extremely quiet days, with less movements but still feeling her periodically. This happens so much with mine for every week she has 2 sleepy days or days in a funny position... My bump actually gets a little smaller and everything, i think she snuggles into my back. I have a scan friday can't wait.

i had a scan yesterday it was amazing the lo looked so big and after them saying the lo was breech 4 weeks ago it is now head down thank goodness, cant wait for my other scan in 2 weeks

I felt her some last night and not at all this morning. Worried me some more so I went to the doctor and when she cheked her heartbeat with the doppler she kicked it a few times lol and she's been kicking ever since. I'm so glad everything is fine!

at 27 weeks my baby turned and faced my back for a week i went to hospital for monitoring cause i was worried i couldnt seem to feel as much trust me if shes facing yr back theres a big difference the movements don't feel so strong at all its also at 27 weeks they are still small so that makes it harder too in a couple of weeks she will have a big growth spurt then you will feel her loads !!
