Fever/illness in tww

I feel dreadful ds has passed something on to me. Either the worst cold ive ever had or flu. Headache sore glands going round to the back of my neck ear ache face pains. It comes and goes but at night its worse and i had a fever. Woke up and my top was soaking wet. Is this going to effect my chances? I javnt been eating as well or probably drinking as much so.annoying was doing the pineapple thing to try and implantation but was too ill.yesterday or should i not encourage implantation..just feel.so.rotten and i never get ill 😔
