You may remember around ov time I had a minor battle with FF. It said I had ov'd on last Monday but I (in my infinite wisdom) was convinced it was Wednesday so I overrode it with +opks.

I have an 11 day LP. Check out today's drop!!! Now admittedly I temped 30 minutes earlier than usual because I was woken up early by my Dragontastic but that's not gonna make THAT kind of drop. I have taken out all the +opk's as it was making FF have a spaz over my 9 day LP and it has readjusted me to Monday. And tbh if I was looking at someone else's chart I would think "what is she on about - she clearly ov'd on Monday!"

I think I have to face facts. I am 11dpo and not pregnant. Bring on AF for the next try!!! Off out to lunch with a heavily pregnant friend today - that should cheer me up :dohh:

I know but that temp drop is hard to argue with! And if FF WAS right, I am 11dpo anyway and due on tomorrow.

Oh how frustrating. Hugs to you. Lets hope she hurries up so you can get on with the next cycle. x

:hugs:

Other things can effect temps. That's why I stopped doing them.

Implantation happens 6-12DPO so don't give up all hope just yet x

Could be the implantation drop! Just saying! (I'm always pretty sure that anyone but me is pregnant at all times! LOL)

Oh sweety - ignore everything today, nothing is over until she gets here, and while you probably don't want to hear that right now, you're only stressing yourself - it will happen, besides, you might get to hang with us a little longer - you would be sorely missed :hugs:

Tomorrow's another day - let's see what it brings

I agree with Caterpillar, its not over until the witch shows her ugly self! :)

pmsl @ Meg!!

Actually I'm not too bummed out about it. I didn't think we'd done it this month and next months ov time happens while we're on holiday. YAY!!! I've already told DH the glad tidings. He's not unhappy about a holiday full of :sex: as since we've had Harry we've been on 5 holidays and almost NEVER have any :sex:!!! Not including our honeymoon of course ;)

Thanks Caterpillar - I intend to hang around in here like a bad smell anyhoo!!! Plus when I go over to first tri I'm taking all you lot with me. We can all be duffers together.... so to speak...

I wish you all the luck in the world hun and lots of :dust: not over till she shows though! And I'm glad your staying so positive!! Next month saounds wonderful where are you going on your hols?:hugs:

We've booked a house in a little seaside town in Cornwall. Normally we go to a holiday park or similar but this was the same price, is right on the beach and we won't be surrounded by half the Jeremy Kyle Show! (Such a snob...) So we're going to be rock pooling and crabbing for the week - and NO I am not referring to bedroom antics!

Plus we're right by a little foot ferry that goes to Plymouth so we can go out there for the day. Harry likes boats so he'll love that! Can't be bothered to to abroad again unless we have family with us otherwise it's just not a holiday. Strangely in this country you can relax more! Plus, I really want to go rockpooling!

Ok... Off topic, BUT... "duffed"??? I've also read "up the duff" or something like that? WTH? I'm SO confused. Of course, I barely understood anything in the first paragraph of your last post, DM.... but, that's ok... I'm American... I'm not supposed to understand! LOL

Up the duff is the Brit way of saying pregnant. I personally abbreviate to being duffers!

Ok, that helps a little... but why? I would usually consider one's duff to be their back-side! Like, falling on one's duff would usually mean falling squarely on your arse! LOL So, you can see why I'm confused by pregnancy being called "up the duff" as it sounds more like a porn title than something I would like to be! LMFAO!

Not sure where it comes from to be honest. It's not an anatomical reference.... It's just a figure of speech. I shall research in earnest!

I am quite liking "in the pudding club" personally!

Am actually going to start a new thread as I really like this explaination...
