Final two week stretch - anyone with me??

Baby's movements have been so gentle and quite today ... I've been debating weather to ring MAU literally all day. I got the Doppler out tonight and couldn't find the heart beat - but in all fairness I haven't tried it in months so I had no idea where to try. But since having my tea baby seems to be moving normal again yay! But if he goes quiet again I'm deffo ringing Tomoz just to give myself piece of mind.

I'm guessing he's just moved positions because my bump seems to have disappeared and gone all soft where as it was really hard before.

Ah Laura if you are worried definitely call. I fund baby's HB really low down now. I haven't listened in for ages but after the Shabnam story in EastEnders the other day I got the Doppler out. It took me a few goes to get it. Baby could have engaged more, dropped down a bit. Mine is going crazy tonight - its been a bit quieter this week, more pushes and elbows sticking out, but tonight I'm getting big movements again.

Due date today and no signs! Had some period type cramping this morning but nothing else. Looks like I will be having a September baby!

Hi ladies! Thought I'd share an update to my earlier posts: I ended up going into labor on 8/27! Felt a contraction at 6am that day and knew right away I was going into labor that day. Contractions became 3-4mins apart around 4pm that day.

Went into L&D and was told I was 4cm dilated 90% effaced. I thought I'd give birth that evening but my baby had other plans; my whole labor lasted 26 hrs. Back labor, it was awful. Things got much better after my epidural, I'll tell you!!!

I had 2nd degree tears and needed stitching, it burns like hell but I'm happy. Inara was born 8/28 at 8am

Babyjayne - I watched eastenders aswel and did wander if that's what's make me paranoid. Today thankfully he seems to moving more 'normal' again but I'm deffo paying every attention to it, I think that's why I noticed he was quieter more where as before I'd be busy (doing nothing mostly haha) and not paying attention to movements as such - if that makes any sense?

It's September Tomoz ladies! So you that are due can unfold your legs I've still got another week till I'm due so I don't expect to go anytime soon but I'm happy with anytime after Tomoz lol.

I am getting major oeriod cramps this morning though ... I'm not sure if it's because I'm concentrating More on his movements so am noticing everything or if it's because I've always said it would be my luck to give birth 31st august late at night lol.

Due date tomorrow!! Woohoo!! Will be uncrossing my legs at last! My labours are quick so my hubby said we can't do anything to induce labour til about 10pm tonight, funny man!!! And I have a sweep tomorrow. Ah just so excited to nearly be done!! (and hoping I dong go too far over that they want to induce!!). I know there's a few of us due tomorrow/wanting September babies, almost there ladies!!!

Well ladies, we are surely all out of the woods for August babies now! I've got a feeling it'll be the weekend for me. I went into labour 4 days late and had Madeline at 5 days over, so that would work for me. Weekend would be good, I'm happy with that ha ha!

I'm in the final two weeks, as of tomorrow! I have a feeling my baby is way too comfy inside to be making an appearance any time soon though.

As of tomorrow I will be in my final two weeks! Planned c section early at 36+6 due to complications. I keep looking at the cot and freaking out that there's going to be an actual baby in there!

Currently sat with the little monkey poking me in the sides and head butting my cervix OUCH! I love it though! Hopefully yesterday was just a sleepy day - but I'm deffo paying more attention to every movement now. I used to moan about these movements being painful but after yesterday (and watching eastenders) there's nothing I want more!

Glad you're getting more movement. I know it can be quite stressful when they have more quiet days. Mine has been doing bare minimum for movement over the last couple of days, but he's making up for it tonight!
