Final two week stretch - anyone with me??

I'm wanting to hang on until September too! Due date of September 1st - couldn't cut it any finer haha! I get a sweep the day after my due date if I'm still pregnant. I'm not lucky enough to go early...but it would be sods law seeing as I want to hang on til September. Do you both want to hang on in because of the school year?

Mine is more coz we have no Sept birthdays in our immediate family and mine's in August. I want Baby to have her own birth month DH feels the same way.

Last night I had tons of bad period pains, back pains and discomfort and thought labor was to start. I was fine by the morning... I guess it was prodromal labor. Still tells me nothing about when labor is to start though. Just messing with my head I guess.

I'm due Sept 3! I'm ready for this little one. I have major insomnia. I sleep for about 2 hours then I'm up. Ugh.

So I don't sleep anyway. These last few weeks have been unbelievable I don't know how I'm not a walking zombie. Between being uncomfortable, restless legs, pains, exhaustion and frustration and th en getting up to pee alot.I barely sleep more then two hours at a time.

On weekends me and oh take turns having a small lay in. He goes to work before 6 Mon-Fri. And I get up with lo 5.30-7 ish, on a weekend we can sleep til about 8.30ish and feel more refreshed.

So when I get my lay in, this morning. Oh leaves lo to run around upstairs with a full nappy. Then he turns the TV on in our room. Letting lo sit and watch a program and nods back.of to sleep. I wouldn't mind but once I'm awake it takes me.a long time to settle again get comfortable and then fall back to sleep. Lo sits and fidgets constantly pawing at me and tapping me. So no hope of going back to sleep. I bring him down stairs and my oh is fast on snoring upstairs.

He really has no sympathy for my mood swings or frustration at the minute anyway and doesn't understand why I'm so tired. Really. F###ing really. Sori for the rant but seriously.

Baby is coming tomorrow and although I am very much over getting pregnant, I don't feel ready at all! I'm getting all emotional about it being the last time with just us and our son.

The past 3 nights I've been kept awake with lower back ache, period pains and tightenings. I'm curious at how long this would last if I didn't have a C section. Last baby was induced at 42 weeks. This time it feels like a lot more is happening, but I would very money on me jyst having 3 weeks of pre-labour and still getting to 42 weeks.


It's a moot point anyway as today is my last pregnant day!

I'm joining, not officially due till 25th sept but because I'm carrying twins they aren't going to let me carry that far.
I'm having my last scan next week then my c section will be booked eeeekkk unless I go into labour myself (which I'm kind of hoping) as I'm really struggling .
Carrying twins is hard work 😩

Mummy2-1 ugh, poor you. Afternoon nap, without the LO is definitely in order.

Caelli - when do you think they will section you? Having one wiggly baby can make me feel nauseous at times, never mind two!!

AFM, it's my birthday today so I've had chocolate for breakfast and going out for a big carvery later. All period pains etc have stopped for me, so don't think I'll be sharing my birthday!

Such a turn around. We have had a fab morning, went to the park had a picnic, ice cream. It was lovely. I'm shattered now. But this is how my moods change I was fuming this morning and now am happy as larry

Due Sept 2nd here! I've been having contractions on and off for weeks now. They get quite uncomfortable at night but fizzle out by morning.. So over being pregnant! Had my first at exactly 39 weeks so hoping it is soon. I haven't gotten checked yet but hopefully I will on Tuesday.

Im due sept 6th, so got just under 2 weeks left! Lost mucus plug, had so many pains and lots of pressure down below. Had 4 and half hours of full contractions the other day which amounted to nothing!! Hopefully not be long! X

My mw wasn't encouraged by loss of bloody show. She said it's not gage of time to when baby can arrive. Just got home feeling very fed up. Baby's head is 4/5's engaged. She said 2nd baby's rarely ever measure more then 3/5's until day of labour. Again discouraged.

I was 3\5 engaged last Thursday and zero signs of labour here apart from usual late pregnancy aches and pains. I'm just planning on nothing happening until due date, then it's slighly easier not to analyse every twinge! Don't be discouraged - baby is comfy and healthy and you're doing a great job.

My sis-in-law is bring induced today - poor thing is 12 days over x

I'm just so tired and achy. I remember being rli upset when I went over with my lb (11days) so think I've got that in my head already.

I had set.my sites on dd and then some but like I sed I'm rli ready for the end already.

I have two weeks left as of today, EDD 9/7.. at last week's appointment the doc said her head was engaged, but didn't say how much. I was 1cm dilated and 50% thinned out.. BH are constantly going on, but not in a pattern. Ughh! I am so sore and ready for her to come! Anyone trying to help labor along??

I've got my last scan next Tuesday then I'll be given my section date yay! I'm hoping to do it ASAP as I'm really struggling.
I'm awaiting a consultant apt for this week so you never know he might do something sooner. I'm so done!

I can't even get myself out of bed or dress myself anymore, I'm miserable.

Happy one week to go - me too! I was awake for a couple of hours last night with a very active baby and intermittent deep period pains, but amounted to nothing this morning. I fully expect to go over too. It's only this past week I've felt more uncomfortable to be fair so another week or two doesn't actually feel that bad.

My SIL had an 8lb 5 little boy after a looooong labour yesterday. Yay!! I always thought we were having different so wonder if this will be another pink one!! Everyone seems to say boy though, and I kinda agree. Anyone else team yellow??

Happy 39 weeks choc and babyjayne.

I'm team yellow - however I'm convinced it's another boy for us. I have the occasional Day where I think girl but I've just felt boy all the way through. I'm dying to know now though. It hasn't bothered me up until now when I'm trying get things sorted and I just want to know weather I get to reuse all my sons clothes ect lol.

Woke up yesterday with a sore throat, turning into a full on cold! I survived 39 weeks with no colds or flu's and now 5 days before I'm due and this happens!!?? feeling tired and miserable...
