finalised food for mr t's special day

well there was me thinking id only need to re mortgage once for tommys christening.,...hah if only id have known...

as normal i want something that is stooopidly expensive, ive booked the venue which is a gorgeous place and went to sort out the food last night this was my first reaction when i saw the prices but good old mom has come to the rescue....

this is the menu:

whole dressed salmon
honey roasted gammon
roast rib of beef
selection of salads with dips and chutneys
buttered new potatoes
rice and pasta salads
rustic bread

pizzas
sandwiches
chips
(for the kids)

followed by a selection of mini desserts
(carrot cake, profiteroles, mini eclairs, scones with clotted cream and mini cakes)
aswell as his christening cake and the fairy cakes!!

MY god im hungry now lol just gotta sort my outfit out next thur, get tommys outfit and were sorted at last!!

they havent had them in yet were waiting and they could be in a min...i know they will arrive the day after the christenin!!
