Finally a trouble free midwife appointment!

Ive been seeing my midwife weekly recently because my blood pressure has been up a lot throughout this pregnancy, last week I was referred to the hospital after a high reading at the midwife apt that day.

So today...

Blood pressure: 120/80 (which is good for me!)
Urine: clear
Heartbeat: Fine!
Fundal height: 32 (was 32 last week too anyone know why this might be?)
Position: ceph long as per usual (since 25 weeks)

I asked her about this consultant appointment Ive been booked in for next tuesday, and she said it will be because of my blood pressure and the monitoring, and she also said that he might even decide to induce me a little bit early since Ive been having problems

But for now, its feet up time, a bit of trashy tv and an ice lolly better than an afternoon at the day unit any day!

Aww am glad u finally had a trouble free appointment! Baby may be in different position for fundal height to stay same! I wouldn't worry too much by fundal height it's put the shits up me until I had growth scan! x

Glad you ve had a positive appt. I d ignore fundal height tbh. They all measure differently and baby might have moved slightly which will affect measurement. Dont think it ll be long before they do away with measuring altogether. When I had my dd, they measured from 12 weeks, now they only measure from 24/25 weeks in my PCT.
