thankyou so much...that was im november...i thought i looked so bloated at that time...even had an emotional breakdown coz i couldnt dance as much as i wanted to with my bump being in the way haha

its a nigerian tradition....after a man proposes then theres a big celebration where his family write to ask for my hand and my family replies...he then asks for a list of gifts id want and he brings them for me on the engagement day...so there was tonnes of things he brought me (even though i didnt ask for much coz i was happy enough when he proposed)....from exotic fruits to jewels to clothes, then i have to pick one thing from the gift which should be the bible (depending on your religion) and inside the bible was my engagement ring!...it was so special, he ordered my ring all the way from Dubai, its an expensive event though but our parents pay for alot of it according to our tradition, then when we dance people shower us with money notes....after alll that normally the white wedding is soon after, as in the same week..... but we dont plan to do that until after i finish uni lol.
