Just came from 38 week scan. Little guy has dropped down to the 59th percentile and is weighing around 7lb 2oz. Really good, clear images so she's pretty sure about her weight estimate. Also insanely low but she can't tell me if I'm in early labour or not with ultrasound. But she said things look promising so I have my fingers crossed for the next 1-3 days.

I had my midwife appointment today and the hospital screwed up my next Specialist appointment - they booked it a week earlier than it should have been. To make matters worse, the radiology lab I usually go to were booked and I NEEDED that scan done ASAP that I arranged it with a different lab and they screwed my ultrasound up - they got the wrong measurements and everything even though I told them it was a GD growth scan. 
But midwife said I'm most likely to go into labour soon so she doesn't even think I'll make it to next Wednesday. She hasn't booked me in for another appointment with her because of my history of delivery at 38 weeks though she will arrange another visit if I don't deliver soon anyhow. Just so done and ready to get this baby out!! Ugh, right royal f**k around today. Was NOT impressed - nor was she. She told me the hospital are 'f**kin useless' and that they 'couldn't arrange a piss up in a Brewery if they tried'. 
Had me in stitches with that because I NEVER thought in a million years I'd ever hear something like that from her! She's a lot like me after all!
