first baby after birth really heavy?

PERIOD i mean lol (feeding LO) so i stopped bleeding at 3 weeks PP, then around a week and a half later the brown discharge started back up and noe full on bleeding again im also passing small clots, anyway the bleedings pretty heavy and as iv said theres small clots aswell is this normal?

That's probably just pp bleeding. It tends to stop and start again during the first 40 days after giving birth. I'm not sure about clots but I found that the harder I worked and the more tired I got, the heavier I bled.

yeh makes sence actually as yesterday i dod alot of zumba and now bleeding heavy:/ its quite a scary thing tbh

I think it would be PP bleeding. I stopped 'bleeding' around 3-4 weeks PP but i had brown jelly like discharge right up until 6-8 weeks. I think i got my first period around 8-9 weeks PP xx
