Rosh - cool, let's see how this cycle pans out...I am going to take Agnus Castus this cycle, b/c i spot so many days before AF, we have been BD'ing on andefore O day, so hopefully we will see a change this time!

What's agnus castus?
I normally by CB OPKs but this month i might give it a miss and just spot symptoms- bit stressful having to POAS if you gotta pee at 4am!

I spot too - usually start about CD26 so i kinda get the heads up she's on her way. I think i'll have kittens the cycle i don't spot!!!

Hi Diva! Good luck this cycle hon. There's a couple of us on June/July cycle thread if you feel like joining. I'm cd5, others are a bit behind but close enough to keep an eye on each other for the cycle!
