First Fertility Clinic tomorrow - UK

I'm really nervous about attending the fertility clinic tomorrow and was just wondering if anyone can tell me what to expect from our first appointment?

We've been trying for 2+ years with no success. GP did my progesterone test in May and said it was fine. But DH's SA has been done 3 times and has been abnormal each time. Count was just under 18million in each, motility between 30-40% and morphology 0-1%. GP said he couldn't advise on any of the results cuz he didn't know what they mean! I've felt totally in the dark and am terrified that tomorrow is we'll be told there's no hope with the morphology being so low/non-existant.

Has anyone had any success with improving morphology? Or conceived with no morphology?

Sorry I don't have experience of this but I just wanted to wish you good luck at the clinic and hope you get some answers.

i hope the apponitment goes well, we're seeing a FS next week, my hubby has motility issues.
there are lots of ladies who's hubby's sperm test have improved with lifestyle changes (stopping smoking + stopping/reducing drinking) and taking supplements. My hubby takes wellman conception

had mine today, better than i thought, lots of details taken, i have to have a internal scan in a few weeks and repeat bloods and hubby a repeat SA as he has low count and reduced motility etc in first test, but doc said still possible to happen naturally.
Once done these we have to go back, if all the same and no more issues found we can start treatment, but i have to loose over a stone first to be allowed! only a curve size 14 and always have been, so not sure how easy this will be, but hopefully the incentive is worth the stress of weight loss, as its a new area for me!
