First IUI- looking for some reassurance (PCOS)

Hello all,

Yesterday was my First IUI after 23 months of TTC activley that is, been off BC for about 3 years. This cycle was 2000 mg Metformin, 5mg Femrara days 3-7, Prenatal Vitimins, Acupunctuer, and Tigger shot.

On day 14 I went for my ultrasound and it show two follicles on my Left Ovary HOWEVER, they measured 25 and 26 mm. I thought this was two big, but my RE said it was perfectly fine.

I took the trigger that night at 10 PM scheduled IUI for 36 hours later. I did acupuncter the day before and after IUI. Night of Trigger, and Night of IUI

My husbands count was awesome yesterday 64 million was his count and high mobility and motility

My questions are
Any one get a with a follicle that large?
How many IUI's should I plan for?
Am I over analizing everything?

Didn't want to R&R, but it sounds like you are pretty on top of things. I do my first IUI in about a week and a half or so. I am SOOO nervous. I've heard great things about acupuncture! If your RE said they follies look good, I would have to agree with the RE. How was your IUI experience? Did you just start the Met? Best of luck to you. I have been on Metformin 9 months now.
My IUI was really good, no cramping or anything like that . Got to lay around at the Dr office for like 40 mins after just watching tv... It really was alot better then expected !!! How was your IUI?? DO you know how many follies you had?

I would love a buddy we are about a week apart but that is totally fine
