First pregnancy-related dream last night - clearly I'm my dreaafraid I'll lose it

Dreamed I got my period but I was supposed to be still pregnant. Probably worried a little because I started getting mild cramps yesterday (which I read already are perfectly normal for 6w). Was relieved when I woke up with still-sensitive BBs and an urge to pee!

Anyone else have apocalyptic pregnancy dreams? I don't think they're very helpful, lol.

I had one when I was around 6 weeks as well. Very scary but I'm sure it's just because of all the worry that most women have at that point.
