First Response Rapid Response vs. FRER 11 DPO

Ugh, I'm getting so frustrated! I'm 11 DPO today and tested this morning with a first response rapid result (that's all the store had). Does anyone know if these are less sensitive than the FRER or are they about the same?

I feel like I'm having lots of symptoms....weird cramping (not AF like), nausea, very vivid dreams every night, irritability, sore bbs so I was really disappointed this morning with BFN. Around 9DPO, I had some pinching and had very light brown spotting.
