First round of clomid. Can anyone help? :)

Hi

Hope I have posted this in the right part of the forum.

Me and OH have been TTC #2 since January 2016. I was diagnosed with PCOS last summer and referred to the fertility clinic in December. I was put on metformin for 3 months which helped me lose a bit of weight but made me feel like crap.

Last month the consultant gave me clomid to start on CD2 which is today.

I was told to take one a day for 5 days and then to go for a blood test on CD14 to check I'm ovulating.

Does anyone know what CD me and OH need to BD on?

I'm new to all of this and feel a bit confused with it all.

lets assume you O on cd14. BD on 10, 12, 14, 16, 18 would cover you.

Thank you I'm on cd15 today. Pretty sure I have O either yesterday or today. Got lots of cramping today to fingers crossed.

Did you mean to say a CD21 blood test? Those are really accurate and helpful. I was on Clomid for 4 rounds and got my BFP on the 4th round on 150MG - Clomid is supposed to make you O 5 - 10 after your last pill, so you took your last pill on CD6 so you would typically start to BD every day or every other day from CD 10 - CD 16, Clomid is a funny thing, dry you up down there, mess with OPKs and such. I took mine on CD4 - 8 and the first O cycle, I Od on CD14 and on the next I only Od CD18. Hope this was helpful.
